I had a great first LASER treatment experience at Elements Laser Spa! Maricella was very nice and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I was alittle nervous! The location is difficult to find so look at google maps/street view to find it. It is the door right past the pizzeria and easy to miss. The salon itself is stylish and clean. I cant wait for my next appt and may go in sooner for other areas. I will write another review after my next treatment.

Nicole is the greatest! She is always so friendly and sweet. I have been having laser treatments for about 3 years now and ever since Nicole started doing them I look forward to going to my appointments. It makes me want to buy a new package every two years just so I can see her. I just love her awesome personality!

I loved going to get the laser hair removal done on my legs here! Everyone was so nice and I can't wait to go again! I think they're the best laser hair removal in Austin! By the way, I just found out they have a new location in Round Rock which is closer to home. Yah! I don't have to drive all the way downtown to go anymore. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking into get this done!

I have been waxing for a long time, but I had always thought I would eventually try laser but had put it off due to the intimidating pricing. I bought a Groupon for Elements and have had a GREAT experience. I initially went for Brazilian (which is life-changing!) and have gone back to Elements for full leg hair removal as well. The salon is very clean and spacious in an old downtown building. I have never had trouble finding metered parking. The techs all are courteous and knowledgeable.

I've had 4 treatments so far at the north location and the ladies there have been incredible. I have always had great customer service. Meghan and Amanda are wonderful ladies and Elements is lucky to have them! I'll continue coming here.
